- Submit the Volunteer application forms signed by you. - Submit a Criminal Record Check which can be obtained at Winnipeg Police Service (245 Smith Street. - Submit a Child Abuse Registry Check which we may get processed for free. This form is already included in the Volunteer Application Package - Provide 2 pieces of government issued ID for us to view. |
