Kitchen Repairs
Recently, disaster struck. A pipe burst in our facility, causing severe damage to our kitchen - the heart of our programming. Our cupboards, the most affected items, are now unusable. As a non-profit, we carefully allocate our resources to serve our community to the best of our ability. However, unexpected repairs like this stretch us thin and could divert critical funds away from the programs and experiences that directly benefit the youth we serve. Without a functional kitchen, we risk losing the ability to provide cooking activities and nutritious meals - cornerstones of our programming that teach life skills, foster creativity, and bring kids together.
The funds raised will go directly toward restoring our kitchen to a safe, functional, and welcoming space for the youth we serve. Specifically, your contributions will help us with the following.
Replacing the damaged cupboards with new, durable storage solutions to keep our kitchen organized and efficient. Ensure proper sanitation by addressing any water damage and restoring the kitchen to a clean, hygienic environment for cooking and meal preparation. Conduct necessary inspections, including checking for mold levels to ensure the space is safe and healthy for everyone. Implement preventative measures to safeguard against future incidents, so we can focus on what matters most - serving our community.
